Pushing Daisies
Pushing Daisies (IMDb/Wikipedia) is dramedy TV-series, created by Bryan Fuller (Dead Like Me / Wonderfalls). It has an unique “fairytale”-flavor, everything is colorful, bright and an looks like a painting. The narrator is telling the story of the “Pie-Maker” who has a special gift, to bring people back to life.
Originally the idea of a man who can bring dead people back to life was for Dead Like Me. But because Bryan Fuller left his own show after conflicts with the studio. So now its a complete independent series which also uses a complete different style.
Currently the series is blocked due the author-strike =(.
